The Neighborhood House, Inc. Alcohol & Drug Outpatient Counseling Program (OPC) offers ways for individuals to cope with substance abuse, addiction, and the subsequent problems that result from negative behaviors. The Neighborhood House also provides STD and HIV testing through the Children’s Nationwide Hospital’s FACES Program.

Our services are designed to enable individuals to gain control over their lives, help strengthen family functioning and value systems, reduce violence related to abuse, illness, and to help decrease the use of alcohol and drugs in our neighborhood. Serving all of Franklin County, especially the Near East Side, The Neighborhood House, Inc. Alcohol & Drug Outpatient Counseling Program is accredited by the Ohio Department of Alcohol & Drug Addiction Services.
